Not the best quality, but what's worse is the customer service.

The fabric used isn't quite what you see in the pictures, and I'd have accepted that as a regular occurrence had you guys simply stayed true to your own refund/exchange policy. Disappointed in not even getting a response - not a great way to generate a customer base if this is how you operate.
